Delivery and payment

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment. Delivery time on top of that depends on the carrier serving your address; the estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

Delivery

We ship within the Czech Republic and to the member states of the European Union. The delivery options available for your address, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Bicycles are bulky goods and are sent as oversized parcels. If an item cannot be shipped to your address as an ordinary parcel, we will contact you and agree the carrier and the cost with you before dispatch.

Payment

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Prices on this site are stated in Czech koruna (CZK).

Assembly

Bicycles are delivered partly assembled, as supplied by the manufacturer — the handlebars, pedals, saddle and wheels usually need fitting and the brakes and gears need adjusting. If you are not confident doing this, have the bike checked by a bicycle service before the first ride.

Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us by email before the deadline and send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. Full conditions, including the model withdrawal form, are in our Returns policy.
