What we collect and why
- Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and the contents of the order — to perform the contract, arrange delivery and handle any return or complaint. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Enquiries: your name, contact details and what you ask — to answer you.
- Accounting records: the data required on invoices — to meet our legal obligations.
- Shop use: data our platform processes to deliver and secure the site and to keep your basket.
Who else sees it
This shop runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf as our platform provider. We pass the delivery address and contact details to the carrier that delivers your order, and payment data is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout — we do not store full card details. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records: for the retention period required by Czech accounting and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to an order: until they are no longer relevant to answering you.
Your rights
